This Feedback Digest is based on 8 feedback in 60 mediations, initially submitted in December 2009. Marc Goldstein served as a mediator for these parties in a great number of sessions. All cases were settled at the mediation stage with one exception. All participants in the feedback digest expressed their belief that Marc Goldstein is a highly professional, capable, bright, patient and tenacious mediator. Feedbacks also showed his ability to help parties indentify and analyze problems to such extent as it led to a successful resolution of the conflict. Moreover, it was noted several times in the feedbacks that people have recommended Mr. Goldstein to other interested parties, and will continue to do so, which undoubtedly speaks for his high professional qualities. All feedback forms pointed at the professional approach of Marc Goldstein and his competence, as well as highlighted the passion and logic he brought to the negotiating table. The overall experience of the mediation skill and ability was rated 5/5 in 8 out of the 8 feedbacks. Generally, parties were satisfied of the costs of the mediation service that Marc Goldstein provided. No negative responses have arisen in any of the provided feedbacks.
