Mr. Krouse is a founding member and litigation partner at Frilot L.L.C. in New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. Krouse has conducted mediations since 1993 in matters including health care, environmental and energy issues, wrongful death, personal injury, breach of contract, subrogation and property damage, maritime, construction, life sciences, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, manufacturing and technology, employment cases, and franchise. Mr. Krouse has been certified by the International Mediation Institute and has been chosen as a fellow in has been inducted into the Louisiana Chapter of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN) and American College of Civil Trial Mediators. Mr. Krouse is a trainer of mediators and arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Krouse has been selected as a Master Mediator for the AAA Master Mediator Panel. This panel is comprised of the top mediators as rated by counsel. The Mediators were chosen using a rating committee of advocates and in-house counsel representing clients in complex, high stakes disputes. Mr. Krouse was inducted into the College of Commercial Arbitrators (CCA) as a fellow. He has also been inducted as a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and given the designatory letters FCIArb (Designation No. 022054). Fellowship grade is designated for individuals who can demonstrate an advanced, comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the principles, law and practices involved in a selected area of dispute resolution. It is the benchmark that professional dispute resolvers aim to achieve. Mr. Krouse was inducted into the American College of e-Neutrals as a fellow. The American College of e-Neutrals (ACESIN) provides the world's only directory of qualified discovery neutrals for the digital age. The organization is dedicated to the education, training, credentials, and use of e-Neutrals. E-Neutrals are third party referees—mediators, arbitrators, masters, judges, liaisons and magistrates—committed to resolving disputes arising from electronically stored information (ESI). ACESIN Fellows are the country's first group of e-Neutrals qualified to conduct "e-Mediations" and other extra-judicial forums. His International ADR experience includes membership in International Centre for Dispute Resolution, ICDR Panel of Neutrals, British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre, Association of International Arbitrators (AIA), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
