Ana Luiza Isoldi is a Brazilian private mediator and partner at ALGI Mediação Consultant and Training of Amicable Dispute Resolutions. She is qualified in mediation by the “Master in Mediation and Negotiation of “Institut Universitaire Kurt Bösch” (Buenos Aires – Suíça) and she is a certificated civil and commercial mediator by the ADR Group (London). She has been acting as a mediator and conflict manager in several cases involving family and business conflicts, since 2004. She is also a neutral of the Committee of Disputes about Domain Registration and mediator at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada – CAM/CCBC, mediador at Mediation and Arbitration Eurochambres - CAE, at Brazilian Center of Mediation and Arbitration – CBMA and at Chamber of Business Arbitration Brazil – CAMARB. She is also a lawyer and worked over ten years at the Court of the State of São Paulo, in different positions. She is member of the São Paulo Bar since 2009 and is currently Director of the Commission of Mediation in 116ª Subsceção Jabaquara Pontifícia Universidade Católica in São Paulo She is a member of the Bar Association of São Paulo since 2009 and is currently Director of the Commission of Mediation – 116ª Subsection Jabaquara. She is author of articles and teaching and supervises training programs in Mediation. She performs as coach at Pontifícia Universidade Católica in São Paulo, that receive at 10ª International Commercial Mediation Competition – ICC/Paris, the special award for the “Best First Time Participating University” (2015). She is coordinator of the Group of Private Business Mediation studies at Brazilian Arbitration Committee - CBAr since 2013.
