The first time I discovered the meaning of mediation, I realized that it could effectively work as an alternative in dispute resolutions. The more aware I became of its potential, the more I wanted to train as a mediator. The mediation training and the practice of co-mediations with Claude Amar confirmed it.
Furthermore, my personal experience in certain conflict situations provided me with the necessary impulse to facilitate communication between people, by being and working with them and reestablishing connections.
