Feedback digest
This Feedback Digest is based on 30 feedback in 100+ mediations, initially submitted on Thursday 1st September 2016. It includes feedback received until May 2016 and has been prepared by colleague mediator Susanne de Neeve, MfN registermediator. Ms Caroline Kloppers, MfN registered, is a well known mediation professional. As a mediator she is involved with mediations in commercial issues in general, labour and real estate/property law disputes. The feedback that has been received from the parties for which Ms Kloppers has acted as a mediator are consistently positive. They have all reported that they would appoint her again in future situations and would recommend her to others. She is able to gain confidence of all parties involved. In general a high degree of satisfaction was reported, both with respect to the result of the mediations and as to the mediation skills and personal style of the mediator. Caroline has consistently been rated at a high performance level and no negative comments whatsoever have been received.
