My philosophy is connection and growth. That's also what I love about mediation. If there is no connection between the mediator/the parties there is no growth (mediation agreement). I think no mediation is the same and I learn every time. It keeps me present, openminded and flexible.
I currently live in Geneva, Switzerland, with my husband John and our two children and I'm an accredited Mediator and Coach. I'm also an editor of the Corporate Mediation Journal (https://www.elevenjournals.com/tijdschrift/cmj/detail).
Other activities: University lecturer on Mediation, Mediation/Negotiation Trainer, ICC Mediation Werkgroep (The Netherlands), Mediator/Judge at CvC Business Mediation Competition 2015 and 2016, Mediator/Judge in the ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition 2016 and 2017.
Experience of a mediator since the year 2012. Teaching the principles of mediation and other forms of ADR since 2004.
