The main mediation technique is the mixed theories of Transformative mediation ( Bush & Fogler) and the ordinary problem solving theory known also as the materially theory of mediation. As a mediator, according to Prof. Riskin, I use the facilitation method and sometimes the "Involve" method.
Most mediations are cases delivered by the Israeli Court.The areas of mediation are: business, commercial, labor, Consumer, and some Family disputes (Not Divorce).
In Israel the mediation fee is fixed by the Court.
Fees for private and international disputes are negotiable.
During the years 2005 To 2010 i servrd as the chairman of the Israeli association of mediators and at present member of the mediators organization of Israel.
Also -serves as Deputy chairman and Chairman of the International relations committee of the Israel Adult Education Association affiliated To the European Association for the Education of Adults ( EAEA)
