Parties and counsel who have used Deborah Coleman would overwhelmingly use her services again and would, without hesitation, recommend her to others. Ms. Coleman is also highly regarded for her ability to effect a positive outcome. For example, one provider of feedback noted that she helped the parties resolve a complicated business transaction dispute involving a major public utitlity and a predominate manufacturing concern. Everyone worked all day and into the night. She was tireless and her credibility with the corporate client and the utility client was the major reason the case settled. She was an outstanding talent in the field of mediation. While another noted that Ms. Coleman was thoughtful, balanced, prepared and helped achieve resolution in an emotion-laden case. Costs were widely reported as reasonable in the context of the value of the disputes mediated by Ms. Coleman, and in general a very high degree of satisfaction was reported. No reportable negative comments have been received since Ms. Coleman’s designation as an IMI Certified Mediator.
