This Feedback Digest is comprised of 10 feedback forms submitted since 15 March 2012. These 10 feedback forms account to a much bigger number of mediations with the participation of the parties that provided the feedback forms, since Dennis Wilson served as a mediator for these parties on a number of cases. Thus, these 10 feedback forms correspond to more than 30 cases for the past 5 years. Although not all cases were settled at the mediation stage, all feedback providers expressed their belief that Mr. Wilson is a highly professional and capable mediator. According to one feedback provider, Mr. Wilson is one of the best mediators he has encountered. In 8 out of 10 feedback forms, skills and abilities of Mr. Wilson were rated on a scale 1 to 5. In these 8 feedbacks, Mr. Wilson’s overall skill and ability were given a 5/5 across the board. All parties said that they would use his services again and would also recommend his services to others. The overall experience of the mediation skill and ability was rated 5/5 in all 8 feedbacks. Another feedback provider emphasised that Mr. Wilson had an excellent grasp of the philosophy of mediation and the practicalities of the process from both a psychological and commercial perspective. Feedbacks also showed his ability to help parties identify and analyze problems to such extent as it led to a successful resolution of the conflict. Moreover, it was mentioned a couple of times in the feedbacks that people have recommended Mr. Wilson to other interested parties, and will continue to do so, which undoubtedly speaks of his high professional qualities. All feedback forms pointed at the professional approach of Mr. Wilson and his competence, as well as his ability to show empathy and get to the real issues between the parties and their interests. One feedback provider emphasized Mr. Wilson’s great command of commercial and equitable legal principles. No negative responses have arisen in any of the provided feedbacks.
