Was Principal of a comprehensive secondary school.

I mediated a few hundred cases: commercial, divorce, big family disputes, mediation within organizations and many community cases. I was part of a team that developed and taught a special training course for community mediators, under the Ministry of Justice.

Very keen on co-mediation. I work to reach clear agreements. Usually I follow a mediation model that can be described as facilitative and problem solving oriented. However, I use ideas and methods drawn from transformative and narrative mediation styles as well. I have vast experience with various cultural groups and adjust my mediation work in accordance with the cultural setting in which it takes place.

General commercial disputes, family disputes, consensus building in organizations and schools, misconduct and code of ethics.
