I mediated a few hundred cases: commercial, divorce, big family disputes, mediation within organizations and many community cases. I mediated international commercial and environment disputes. I was part of a team that developed and taught a special training course for community mediators, under the Ministry of Justice.
Very keen on co-mediation. I work to reach clear agreements. Usually I follow a mediation model that can be described as facilitative and problem solving oriented. However, I use ideas and methods drawn from transformative and narrative mediation styles as well. I have vast experience with various cultural groups and adjust my mediation work in accordance with the cultural setting in which it takes place.
