As an Avocat with the Paris bar since 1994, further to a Masters degree in private law and a post-graduate degree (DESS) in intellectual property issued by the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Elodie-Anne Télémaque has acquired specific professional experience in intellectual property and civil and commercial law advice and litigation. She has been educated as a mediator by the Paris Institut Catholique in 2004-2005 and certified by the French Institute for Certification of Mediators (IFCM) in 2014 and by the International Mediation Institute (IMI) in 2015. She is accredited by the Paris Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage (CMAP), by the Centre National de Médiation des Avocats (CNMA), by the Centre de Médiation Culture (CMC) and by the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). In 2019, she has been appointed for three years by the Paris Court of Appeal as a judicial mediator and the European Space Agency as a local mediator (ESA/RESULT MEDIATION).  She has acted in tens of contractual and judicial mediations, both in French and in English in fields such as: contracts, partnerships, conflicts between partners, intercompany relations, sales, trade, competition, distribution, consumption, franchise, agency, subcontracting, industrial cooperation, technology transfer, patents, trademarks, designs and models, designations of origin, geographic indications, culture, art market, public auctions, copyright, audiovisual productions, editing, image rights, privacy, inheritance, relations between assigns. She is also a trainer in mediation since 2008 in France (CMAP, EFB, Campus Avocats, ENM, IEEPI, IFOMENE, AGECIF, CNPM, Universités d’Evry et du Mans) and elsewhere (Haiti Chamber of conciliation and arbitration, Cameroon CEPFOMEN, Ivory Coast CERFOPMAN). She commits to developing the quality of its services by continuing education and practice analysis (CMAP, CEDR training of trainers, IFOMENE training of trainers). She regularly attends conferences and work groups dedicated to ADR.
