Position: Mediator                                                                  

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly explain the process of mediation to the parties and confirming that they are aware of  their roles and  responsibilities
• To remain impartial and neutral
• Keep information confidential
• Assist in contacting the other party(ies) for a meeting
• Encourage parties to identify the real issues
• Help the parties explain those issues to each other
• Help parties find the last way to resolve problems
• Help parties  reach  an  equitable settlement of  their differences
• Seek a resolution that allows both parties to put the issues behind them and move on
• Manage and keep track of all necessary information and write up of parties’ agreement.

Achievement:

As a mediator I have resolved more than two thousand (X>2000) disputes amicably. The dispute ranges from Family disputes, Properties Inheritance and Land disputes, Commercial disputes, Landlord/Tenant disputes, Employee/Employer disputes, Monetary Claims, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Prepared weekly and daily marketing plan. Identify client to visit for transactions. Handled client enquiries and complaints. Prepared marketing report and monthly performance review, product review, customer needs etc.

Achievement:

I joined integrated Homes savings and Loans in the year 2012, as Senior Officer (Marketing Dept.) within a few months and was promoted as Ag.Head, Marketing in the same year (2012) due to my performance and contribution to the company.
