- Help the parties explain those issues to each other

- Help parties  reach  an  equitable settlement of  their differences

Achievement:
As a mediator I have resolved more than two thousand (X>2000) disputes amicably. The dispute ranges from Family disputes, Properties Inheritance and Land disputes, Commercial disputes, Landlord/Tenant disputes, Employee/Employer disputes, Monetary Claims, etc.
