Being a lawyer in the Republic of Kenya and having had first hand experience with the court system I am convinced that mediation is the most efficient and effective means of settling dispute. Mediation is opposite of everything that litigation in court is. Mediation is fast, cheap, builds on relationships and above all results into a win- win situation. Who doesn't want to participate in a process that make all parties happy? I want to be a member of YMI to sharpen my mediation skills and be a great asset to world by assisting parties settle their disputes.
