Feedback digest
This Feedback Digest is based on +30 feedbacks in over 100 mediations, initially submitted in May 2016. Parties for whom Mr. Sprangers acted as a mediator have consistently rated him at Performance Level 4 and 5 out of 5. The feedback from parties and assisting lawyers demonstrate his highly valued attitude in complex situations. He is appreciated for his professional attitude and (intuitive) skills in establishing trust both in him as a professional and between parties. Mr. Sprangers believes the high rate of agreements are a result of his neutral evaluation process within the mediation. He seems particularly suited to the type of complex (international) disputes within the area/in the field of construction which characterises his mediation practice. His independence and impartiality coinciding with meticulousness and conscientiousness score high. Mr. Sprangers' professional attitude is described as very thorough in facilitating communications, which is identifiable through his management and organisation of the interactions. Mr. Sprangers' approach to mediations is experienced as solution focused and executed with perseverance. His ability to analyse the situation at hand and his experience in understanding the different dynamics, is appreciated. His performance has meant that more often he was required by parties to take upon himself a role as Complaint Officer and/or independent Confidential Supporter/Counselor in their businesses.
