Mr Prakash graduated from the University of Singapore with the degree of Bachelor of Laws ( Honours)Â and was thereafter admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Mr Prakash has been a Mediator on the panel of the Singapore Mediation Centre from 1999
I have had more than 10 years of mediation experience in cases given to me by the Singapore Mediation Centre. The subjects cover the whole range of commercial law
My style is to allow parties the opportunity to voice their concerns as openly as possible and then work out a structure of topics or issues on which further discussions will take place. i use the private caucus method to allow individual parties to provide me with information based on which i will work out further techniques with which to arrive at possible settlement scenarios
