Kathryn Munn provides training in mediation and conflict resolution including “Fundamentals of Mediation” a 40 hour course which she developed and which has been approved by the ADR Institute of Ontario. Completion of the course qualifies for application as a mediator member of the ADR Institute of Ontario. Kathryn Munn provides "Mediation Beyond the Basics" an advanced level course for graduates of a 40- hour entry-level mediation course. Kathryn Munn is a presenter of conflict resolution training through the University of Western Ontario, Fanshawe College, Lambton College and other public and private organizations since 1996. Other topics on which Kathryn Munn has provided training include Dealing with Difficult People, Take the Fear Out of Conflict, Criticism - Giving it and Getting it, Anger Mastery, negotiation skills, preparing for mediation (for non-mediators), and practice topics for mediators.
