Working as a mediator since 2005, during which time I have conducted more than 50 mediations. Also have conducted 20 conflict moderations since 2004. Very often my way of working and solution finding using mediation techniques is also supporting my main profession as management consultant. Comprehensive experience in mediation of conflicts in the area of information technology and telecommunication in outsourcing and software development contracts or projects, between external as well as internal parties. Training and Education
  • More than 500 hours practical training in mediation i.e. Mediation/Business Mediation /Advanced Communication Skills in Mediation/ Working with the Dynamics of Conflicts (Center for Mediation in Law, New York)
  • Deep theoretical ADR and mediation experience from a specialised master program in mediation (>1500 hours).
  • M.A.= Master of Arts in Mediation (Viadrana University Frankfurt-Oder/Humboldt University Berlin) Several additional trainings in the areas of communication, constellation, mediation in public area, conflict management systems.
