MEDIATOR: Klaus-Olaf Zehle REVIEWER: Dr. Alexander Insam Partner ainsam@kpmg-law.com Last Update: Monday 27th September 2010 This Feedback Digest is based on 5 feedbacks in 5 mediations initially submitted on 01-09-2010. I know Mr. Zehle as an experienced Mediator in business and information technology conflicts. For this Feedback Digest I reviewed feedbacks from five mediation clients of Klaus-Olaf Zehle. Each feedback rated Mr. Zehle at the highest level of Competence and Performance. Each of the clients is open to appoint Mr. Zehle again in own conflicts and also recommends him to other clients asking for an experienced mediator. In most of the cases Mr. Zehle fulfilled and even exceeded the expectation level on effort and cost for the mediation. Conflicts in the reviewed cases arose from financial topics, IT-related topics and relational topics regarding the cooperation between companies as well as between owners of the same venture. All clients highlighted the functional and technical knowledge of Mr. Zehle in the field of their mediation topics and his good preparation for their specific situation. In addition the clients praised his communcation skills. The clients pointed out that Mr. Zehle is always in command of the process in an efficient and professional manner to lead the clients to a self-determined solution without missing the necessary room for emotional issues. Also some positive comments were made on the very good ability of Mr. Zehle to document the findings throughout the mediation and the fast and immediate documentation of the final agreement. One client emphazises the very good mixture of analytical competence, technical knowledge, experience as a mediator and valuable support in solution finding by bringing his own opinion to the table after having been requested to do so. Moreover the neutral, impartial and fair moderation without prejudices of Mr. Zehle impressed the clients. One client commented on the mediation as a very good and reasonable investment mainly impacted by the mediator Mr. Zehle. I do not know of any negative information about Mr. Zehle.
