Feedback digest
This Feedback Digest was initially submitted in July 2015. It has now been updated based on 7 feedbacks from 9 mediations in August 2016. Mr Lee has been consistently rated at Performance Levels 4 and 5 (out of a 5-point performance rating scale) by lawyers and parties for whom he has acted as a mediator. Mr Lee is highly regarded for his professionalism and ability to effect a positive outcome. His good grasp of the issues and management skills in the mediation process were considered key strengths in narrowing the differences, assisting parties to reach a settlement eventually. Most parties would highly recommend Mr Lee as a mediator, as testified by the number willing to engage him again and providing a reference to parties to consider engaging Mr Lee as their mediator in the future. Mr Lee’s performance significantly and consistently exceeds expectations by keeping the parties continuously working towards and reaching a mutually acceptable resolution.
