Mediated a wide range of business, real estate, construction and related disputes over 30 years, including cross-cultural disputes.

I use a combination of facilitative and evaluative styles, depending on what the parties want and how any given mediation process progresses. I am not a purist. I see my purpose as supporting the parties in reaching a resolution. I adapt to what may be needed. My venture as an entrepreneurial real estate developer of office parks and, as a client user of legal services, as well as my acitvities as a business consultant, give me insight into what is important to the parties in resolving their disputes.
