I like to help parties reach the best possible agreement by themselves, in a confidential and cooperative environment.

Maximiliano Marzetti is an Assistant Professor of Law (Enseignant-chercheur) and Head of the Law Track at IÉSEG School of Management in Paris, where he also integrates ICON, the Centre of Excellence in Negotiation, and the LEM Lab, a Joint Research Unit on Economics and Management associated to the CNRS (UMR N° 9221). His teaching and research interests focus on Intellectual Property, Data Protection and Dispute Resolution. Before joining academia, he was a full-time lawyer, mediator and industrial property consultant. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, French and Portuguese.
