Parties and counsel who have used Mr. Cawlina would overwhelmingly use his services again and would, without hesitation, recommend him to others. Typical of the comments reflecting Mr. Cawlina’s acceptability are: (i) He was professional, dedicated and informative; (ii) He is extremely knowledgable on construction matters, is smart, persistent and fair; (iii) He did a very good job, he understood the issues and made good suggestions; and (iv) He has persistance, fairness and the ability to convince parties of potential downsides of their case. Mr. Cawlina’s mediation skills and abilities are rated as highly effective. Typical of feedback received in this regard are: (i) He had a knowledge of the industry, knowledge of mediation skills; (ii) He was very familiar with the subject matter; and (iii) He jumped in, got up to speed over night and then went to work on the parties, eventually leading us to a fair settlement and saving us from the cost and time of trial.
