Received training in the year 2009 while being posted as Secreatary, Supreme Court Legal Service Committee, was first cordianator of Supreme court Mediation Centre. Dealt with mediation at Supreme court and conducted Successful mediation. First judge Incharge of saket mediation centre on its opening in may, 2013. Remained as such till February 2019. Conducted about six thousand successful mediation at a rate 85%, of various nature of disputes including civil, contract, consumer, matermonial etc, court refferd matters.

As a mediatior I have been dealing mainly commercial disputes arising out of Breach of Contract, Property realted matters, issues realating to Domestic Voilance/Abuses, Maintanance, Custody and Negotiable Istrument etc.

Imparted trainings to judicial officers and advocate as an when asked in process have conducted many 40 hour's mediation training, on the concept and tool and technics of mediation besides imparting awareness coaching and mentoring programs for mediatiors while have also conducted programs for referal judges on mediation. of late have been asked to observed to training programs at several places in india.
