Feedback digest
This Feedback Digest is based on five feedbacks in five mediations taking place over the last 12-24 months and initially submitted in August, 2009. While Ms. Nemeth is predominantly known in her legal community as an employment law specialist, the mediations reviewed covered a variety of commercial legal issues. Clearly the persons who selected her because of her subject matter expertise found her to be very effective and knowledgeable about the law as well as the strengths and weaknesses of each party's positions. This enhanced her ability to create doubt and to work effectively with the parties and counsel throughout the negotiation process. Mediation participants perceive Ms. Nemeth to be patient and an effective listener. She manages the time constraints of the process as well as the significance of a particular party's perceptions of the conflict with compassion. She is an effective communicator and educator of both process as well as subject matter. Users also respect her litigation experience and knowledge of the perils and uncertainty of the litigation environment which she uses to assist the parties in evaluating their options in litigated cases. She maintains credibility with the lawyers as well as their clients, in part due to her advocacy abilities. Ms. Nemeth's fees were rated as reasonable and fair by all the Feedback participants. There were no repeating statements of negativity in any of the reports. All participants who provided information indicated they would recommend Ms. Nemeth as a mediator to others.
