I am a Certified Mediator since 2007 with Delhi Mediation Centre , under the aegis of Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee ( MCPC) Supreme Court of India . I have conducted mediation in numerous cases including Civil, Matrimonial, Criminal , Commercial , Property etc.
I am also a Certified Mediation Trainer with MCPC since 2008 and have imparted the following Mediation Trainings
1) Forty Hours Mediation Training Program
2) Refresher Programs
3) Programs for referral Judges
The attendees of the above program have been lawyers and judicial officers and students
The above programs were conducted, in various states of India.
I have successfully facilitated the resolution of more than thousand disputes till date.
I understand all the three approaches to mediation that is transformative , facilitative and evaluative. However I frequently use the facilitative and evaluative style of mediation.
