This Feedback Digest is based on 20 feedback in 20 mediations, initially submitted on Thursday 16th June 2016. Ray Clarke has consistently been rated at Performance Level 5 by clients using his mediation service. Most commented that they would recommend Ray as a mediator. Ray received a very high satisfaction rate with mediator skill and ability to be professional. Ray has been described as enthusiastic, unflustered at all times, and to having an excellent sense of timing for raising important issues. Ray has the ability to control the process at all time. Ray is also viewed as highly capable of working through difficult emotional issues, with balance and impartiality. He is noted for his ability to listen, and to educate all participants in the negotiation process. It is noted in feedback that Ray quickly acquires the trust of all parties engaging in the mediation process even during difficult moments. No reportable negative comments have been received.
