This Feedback Digest has been updated to include 5 Feedbacks in 5 Mediations as of May 11, 2009. Parties and counsel who have used Mr. Amron would overwhelmingly use his services again and would, without hesitation, recommend him to others. Typical of the comments reflecting Mr. Amron’s acceptability are: (i) Mr. Amron is very committed to resolving cases; (ii) He is a “true professional” whose goal is to resolve all cases, if possible; and (iii) He is very effective with a pleasant personality. Mr. Amron’s mediation skills and abilities are rated as highly effective. Typical of feedback received in this regard are: (i) Mr. Amron shows commitment and dedication to resolvoing the case during mediation, thereby avoiding additional litigation cost; (ii) He was able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each position; and (iii) He kept the parties focused on the settlement process and didn’t let the parties stray into details and issues that would detract from the process. Mr. Amron is also highly regarded for his ability to effect a positive outcome. For example, one provider of feedback noted that Mr. Amron demonstrated a good understanding of the issues in the case and communicated the concerns to the parties in a manner that allowed them to consider the issues without getting offended by them. He is effective in getting the parties to seek resolution. Costs were widely reported as reasonable in the context of the value of the disputes mediated by Mr. Amron, and in general a very high degree of satisfaction was reported. No reportable negative comments have been received since Mr. Amron’s designation as an IMI Certified Mediator.
