Parties and counsel who have used Robert Rice would overwhelmingly use his services again and would, without hesitation, recommend him to others. Typical of the comments reflecting Mr. Rice’s acceptability are: (i) Robert Rice did a good job under difficult circumstances; (ii) I would absolutely use Mr. Rice again if given the opportunity. Robert had a very good grasp of the relevant facts and law, and provided both sides with an astute and candid assessment of relative strengths and weaknesses. He is excellent – one of the more skilled mediators I have worked with; (iv) I think Robert did a good job and I will likely use him again and suggest him to others; (v) Rob did a great job of putting both parties at ease as we entered mediation.
