Between 1991 and 2005, she volunteered for training and awareness-raising activities for women in Van Turkey. In 2001, 'Life, Women, Environment and Culture Cooperative' is founded and she was one of the founders. Between 2001 and 2005, she was a board member of the 'Life, Women, Environment and Culture Cooperative' and she was the chairman of the Cooperative between 2003-2005. During this period, she has taken part in the writing and execution of projects, which are about women and girls, supported by the European Union and Eastern Anatolia Development Project. She has been working as a lawyer since 1998 at PTT A.Ş in Turkey. She is experienced in the cases relate to worker-employer, consumer, commercial. She is also experienced in Human Rights and Refugee Rights.
She has taken part in 195 mediation and 50 reconciliation files. She is expert on industrial (employee-employer) conflicts. For industrial conflicts, she is the member of the mediation commission representing the administration. In addition, she gives training for the commission members representing the administration. As a member of Ankara Mediators Association, she provides volunteer support for peer mediation in more than ten schools in Ankara. Also, she has worked more than twenty years as a lawyer.
