This feedback digest is based on 60 feedbacks from 140 mediations, initially submitted over the period 2017-2019. According to assessments Tuğçe Almaç; during this period, served as an facultative commercial mediator and mandatory labor law mediator. She worked with these files in Ankara, Konya, Bursa and Antalya locations.
According to the feedback received from the parties; she can maintain hers neutrality throughout the process. The parties expressed that they felt more comfortable thanks to her calm and careful listening.
