In today's world there are dispute between each and every person whether they belong to the youngest age group or they oldest age group and the amount of time taken by Indian court and any other court is too much due to which perosn gets justice after very long period of time or they get the justice when they have lost everything. This field of mediation and negotiation helps to curb the problem and solve the problem at the very initial stage which help them to save there huge cost and time, it also helps to save the relation with the person. So as a young professional I want to create awareness about the mediation and negotiation and help them to solve the problem.
I am Associate in one of the small size legal firm in Mumbai. I have started taking my own cases and I am expanding my own practice also. My practice area is civil, contract, criminal, negotiation, due diligence and much more. I am young advocate who want to create name in the market by bringing certain changes in the market.
I was enrolled in 5 years law and I had pre-qualification experience of about 3 years and. Post qualification of around 2 years.
I have completed 40 hours of mediation training which was organised by the PACT institute. Because of that institute I am interested in mediation and negotiation.
