  • Full oversight of pre-litigation (interests-based negotiation, mediation, strategic advising, legal and risk assessment, legal recommendation, complex problem-solving, strategic content) and litigation cases (trial strategy, legal briefs, Court of First Instance and Court of Appeal appearances).     • Participated in a large scale international and multi-jurisdictional investigation (OCDE anti-bribery regulation, US FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Loi Sapin II) for a large corporation (CAC 40) reviewing and assessing pre-litigation material.
  • Advocate for sustainable and ethical Artificial Intelligence’s applications (A.I) toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) after conducting my MBA thesis on the risks and opportunities of AI and frontier technologies to increase the impact, speed and efficiency of the multilateral organizations’ actions (United Nations focus).
