This Feedback Digest is based on 28 feedback in 18 mediations, initially submitted on Wednesday 13th April 2016. Feedback for Yasmin has been from both documented source and verbal discussion. Feedback from Yasmin’s mediation clients highlight her commitment to the process and a willingness to keep challenging the parties to maximise the sustainability of any agreement. Clients comment that she has a pleasant and caring manner, that she is firm, yet understanding. She scores 5 out of 5 on the satisfaction scale every time. Yasmin’s ability to really listen was found refreshing by a number of clients, whilst all commented on her excellent communication skills. Work ethic, planning and preparation was reported as impressive elements of Yasmin’s approach to a case. Yasmin’s knowledge of and experience in business and HR has given her a confidence in her approach and a commitment to assist parties in resolving issues through the mediation process rather than more formal legal settings. Her coaching style and background in business was mentioned in a number of instances. One person mentioned that Yasmin’s ability to raise and handle sensitive issues in an appropriate way set her mediation apart from other processes.
